Since 2004, Founder & CEO, Dave Kenney’s mission has always been to listen to the needs of our customers and recognize the urgency to constantly innovate by creating powerful tools for our customers to keep the competitive edge in the marketplace.
Throughout the years, we discovered the hiring manager needs a champion. By automating onboarding and orientation tasks, we are able give precious hours back to managers of bustling restaurants and reduce the stress that comes with HR compliance on busy recruiters for staffing firms.
In 2010, we saw an opportunity to save even more money for employers and introduced the technology to help employers by screening and processing the necessary Federal forms for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program. Our technology makes it easy for employers to identify WOTC eligible employees right during onboarding and provides a unique optimization analysis for employers to identify where to place efforts to gain the most credit possible.

Our proprietary technology (Transaction Orientation Platform) is engineered to streamline forms completion by requiring data to be entered only once then dynamically producing that captured data to where it needs to go. To complement that engine, our “interview” style setup makes it easy to get started or make quick changes in real-time, no coding experience necessary.
What started out as an idea to complete multiple forms with only interview, today, has turned into a comprehensive tool to provide a stress-free hiring process for managers, reduced risk for employers with HR and ACA compliance, and increased cash flow with WOTC.
