At the beginning of Efficient Hire and Inova’s partnership, there was a discouraging gap between the two systems (Efficient Hire and Evolution) and reaching full integration. The process seemed daunting and difficult – that is – until the implementation team became a part of the process.
Our project manager does an exceptional job at managing any project we give her. She consistently follows through on requests we send, creatively solves any obstacles that may come in the way, and always maintains a ‘can do attitude’ whatever may be presented. She is always available for any questions we have (and makes it seem as though we are her only client). Her knowledge of the Efficient Hire software is comprehensible and elicits confidence in your company.
Our implementation specialist also fulfilled an important role in Inova’s roll out of Efficient Hire. He conducted several conference calls with us to make sure he delivered a file that would work for us. Although he was in the midst of other projects, our implementation specialist continued to take calls from me, answer numerous questions, and tweak our files until they successfully imported into Evolution.
