With Efficient Hire, Employee Onboarding is simple and accurate.

Your new employee visits the secure Efficient Hire portal and creates an account.  Once logged in, your employee will be guided through a question-and-answer process, completing all necessary paperwork and forms.  Required documentation can be scanned or faxed to be automatically included in your new employee’s file.  Once the employee has concluded the onboarding process, the Efficient Hire workflow engine routes the employee file to the appropriate person or department for review and further action.

Our complete interview removes the redundancy of painstakingly filling out multiple forms, ensuring that everything is received at a much faster pace.  There is no re-keying by a third party and HR can preload the correct programs and paperwork, meaning everything is right the first time.

Because our online interview is “smart”, groups of employees can be given separate options.  For example, part-time employees may be asked to enroll in a voluntary benefits program, while managers may see a completely different benefits package.
