Efficient Hire Plans and Pricing

Efficient Hire is priced in three tiers: Efficient WOTC, Efficient Hire/WOTC and Efficient Hire Custom.

Efficient WOTC
Our no-setup cost option with a very low 10% of the certified credit fee.
Efficient WOTC utilizes our interactive question and answer process to screen and complete all of the required documents to take advantage of the Work Opportunity Tax Credit. Using the interactive Q&A, an employee and employer can greatly simplify the difficult to understand forms 8850 and 9061. The Q&A is done in plain English and uses significant logic behind the scenes to insure that the forms get totally completed without missing any eligible candidates.

There are real-time dashboards along with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports so a company can easily track the full life-cycle of the tax credits.

This is a very popular option as a starting point to totally automating your onboarding process.

Efficient Hire with Efficient WOTC (Our most popular plan!)


Efficient Hire is very powerful customized onboarding tool. It is built around a companies entire new hire process, including their terms and conditions, handbook, direct deposit, emergency contacts, all of the required state and federal forms, etc. The employee answers the simple questions (with validations) to complete all of the new hire paperwork. For our staffing clients, the new hire paperwork can also include end client specific documents. They sign the entire packet electronically (with some rare exceptions for forms that must be signed manually).

After the employee signs, the recruiter or hiring manager receives a trigger e-mail notification. They review and sign off on forms like the I9 (after holding original documents) and then add additional information like date of hire, pay group, grade, etc. (this additional information is customized based on the client's payroll system or provider).

After the recruiter or hiring manager signs the forms, the administrator is also notified via trigger e-mail or real-time dashboard. They review the entire packet and once approved, the data and images can be consumed by their legacy systems (custom integrations can be built for most systems). The standard three levels (candidate, recruiter/hiring manager, and administrator) can be expanded to include things like regional manager, area director, etc.

Efficient Hire Custom


The top level of Efficient Hire extends the onboarding process (Efficient Hire and Efficient WOTC) to include more of the maintenance of your employees post hire. Clients will add additional Employee transactions to the system. Some examples of these additional transactions are:

- Employee Review
- Termination
- Disciplinary Action
- Benefits
- Training
- Status Update (with-holdings, address, etc.)
